This module contains the most important practice of this entire program, the Feel and Heal. Get comfortable and take your time with the video and the journal prompts - You will receive the actual Feel and Heal practice after your 1:1 session this upcoming week. The same applies for the Vocal Sound Practices. You will receive them after your individual session. Please know that I was racing against planes when recording this video! They runway at Laguardia that is closest to my apartment was open on recording day (the universe was teaching me patience and letting go! - that specific runway hasn't been opened in about a year!) So I rushed through my words when I heard a loud plane coming! If I am talking too quickly, please slow the video down - I apologize about this! Also, I included more information about the Quantum Field. If this feels complicated, feel free to skip over it. The information is fun but not necessary for the program. The Knowing your Soul Team JournalThis journal contains prompts about your Higher Self, your Ideal Parent and the Higher Entities that are important to you. You will get the most out of the Feel and Heal practice if this journal is complete. Feel and Heal PracticeThe Feel and Heal practice can be done whenever you feel a low vibration. It is best to do this practice first thing in the morning if possible. If this is challenging on some days, it is fine to be present with the practice later in the day. You will find three variations of the practice below: The first version includes your Divine Team (higher self, ideal parent and/or higher entities). The second one is a practice without explicit directives to invite your team into your process and the third version is from Kimberly Beekman.
